By accessing and placing an order through Velpaw (www.velpaw.online), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Velpaw reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion.
1. General Use All content, products, and services available through Velpaw are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Velpaw reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any user at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Orders All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Return & Refund Policy Velpaw accepts returns only in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photographic evidence. Returns will NOT be accepted if the product was damaged by the customer, the customer changed their mind, or the request is submitted after 48 hours.
4. Shipping Policy Standard shipping: 7–20 business days. Express shipping: 3–7 business days. If a shipment has not been delivered within 30 business days from dispatch, it will be considered lost and the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. Delayed shipments exceeding the estimated window by more than 10 business days may be investigated with the carrier.
5. Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
6. Discount Codes & Promotions Only one discount code per order. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively. Velpaw reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending refunds.
8. Pet Safety Disclaimer Our products do not replace professional veterinary advice. Velpaw is not liable for any injury or harm to any animal resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
9. Privacy & Data Collection We collect personal data (name, email, shipping details) solely to process orders. We do not sell your data to third parties. Our site may use cookies to enhance your experience.
10. Limitation of Liability Velpaw's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
