By accessing and placing an order through Velpaw (www.velpaw.online), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Velpaw reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. General Use

All content, products, and services available through Velpaw are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Velpaw reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any user at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Velpaw makes every effort to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Velpaw accepts returns only in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part or during shipping. To initiate a return, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been damaged by the customer after delivery.
The customer changed their mind or ordered the wrong item.
The product shows signs of misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
The return request is submitted after the 48-hour window.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Velpaw is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Shipping Policy

Velpaw ships to multiple countries and regions. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate; they are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping: 7–20 business days depending on destination.
Express shipping (where available): 3–7 business days.

Lost or significantly delayed shipments:

If a shipment has not been delivered within 30 business days from the date of dispatch (or 15 business days for express shipping), it will be considered lost in transit.
In such cases, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement shipment at Velpaw's discretion.
To file a lost shipment claim, the customer must contact us after the applicable waiting period has elapsed.

Delayed shipments:

If a shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 10 business days, the customer may contact us to open an investigation with the carrier.
Velpaw will issue a refund or resend the order if the carrier confirms the shipment is lost or undeliverable.

Velpaw is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, customs holds, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, the customer must contact us immediately through our website. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy will apply.

6. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers issued by Velpaw are subject to the following conditions:

Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Codes may have expiration dates and usage limits; expired or exceeded codes will not be honored.
Velpaw reserves the right to cancel, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact Velpaw directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our support channels. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the suspension of the customer's account and the forfeiture of any pending refunds or replacements.

8. Product Disclaimer — Pet Safety

All products sold by Velpaw are intended for general pet care use. They do not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Velpaw is not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or harm to any animal resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Always supervise your pet when using any accessory and consult a veterinarian if you have concerns about your pet's health.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

By using our website and placing orders, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (such as name, email address, and shipping details) for the purpose of processing your orders and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers). Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. 10. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Velpaw reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
